As the US Sales Manager of our Europe Desk partnership overseas, you will work directly with me at all times, to discuss client requests, I'll give guidance to you and recommendations. We will have remote meetings and calls weekly, and I'll be easily accessible to you daily. I'm accepting the applications and filtering out those most interesting and qualified directly to the Europe Desk, and together we will detemine interviews & hiring applicants. We are open to hiring more than one Travel Associate.
It would be benefical if you have a passion & knowledge for European travel, and have professional experience in the industry.
Independent Travel Sales Associate (Remote, U.S.-Based) | Commission-Only
Our Europe Desk is a boutique luxury DMC (since 1997), & is seeking an Independent Sales Associates to partner remotely with our Sales Manager on high-end FIT, small groups, and bespoke experiences across Italy and Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Co-manage your own qualified leads with our Sales Manager and convert them into booked journeys
- Design tailor-made itineraries (5★ hotels/villas, Michelin dining, wine & supercar experiences, private guides, after-hours access)
- Grow your book of HNW/UHNW clients and advisor referrals
- Provide white-glove service from proposal to post-trip, partnering with our Italy-based operations team
What You Bring
- Proven success in luxury travel (advisor/IC background ideal)
- Active network of affluent U.S. clients and/or agency partners
- Sharp communication & negotiation skills; consultative sales mindset
- Strong destination knowledge of Italy/Europe
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, remote-first professional
- English fluent (Italian a plus)
